
The South Eastern and Eastern Europe Clearinghouse for the Control of Small Arms and Light Weapons (SEESAC) is a joint initiative of the UNDP and the Regional Cooperation Council. To prepare and deliver trainings designed to straighten the capacities of the Firearm Focal Points (FFPs) in the Western Balkans jurisdictions. The purpose of this consultancy is to provide support in the implementation of the EU Council Decision 2018/1788 in support of the implementation of the Regional Roadmap on combating illicit arms trafficking in the Western Balkans. All selected candidates will, therefore, undergo rigorous reference and background checks.
